The Board of Elevator Regulations ("Board") is mandated by M.G.L. c. 143, §69 to hold a public hearing for the purpose of allowing interested parties to submit proposals for altering the regulations governing elevator construction, operation, and inspection (524 CMR 1.00 to 38.00). Pursuant to this requirement, the Board is inviting interested members of the public to attend an open forum to provide input with regards to topics and possible changes the Board should consider in future regulatory amendments. As this will be a hybrid meeting, the meeting will be conducted in-person at the location referenced below and can be accessed remotely via the links and dial-in information below:
