Board members, staff, and members of the public appeared by video conference.

  1. Call to Order – Board Chair Michael Giannelli opened the meeting at 10:05 a.m. 
  2. Vote on Minutes of Open Meeting of July 10, 2025 and Executive Session of May 8, 2025–. A MOTION was made by Mr. Yorkis to table the draft open minutes of July 10, 2025 and executive session minutes meeting held May 8, 2025. The Motion was seconded by Ms. Wolfe and unanimously adopted by a roll call vote: Giannelli – “Yes;” Kokoliadis - “Yes”; McLaughlin - “Yes”; Jenkins – “Yes”; Dicks – “Yes”; Wolfe – “Yes; Yorkis – “Yes.”
  3. DOL Report of Executive Director and Board Counsel: Kristin Mitchell reported to the Board that there were 23 licenses/permits issued since the last meeting. Lynn Read updated on the status of the draft amended regulations.
  4. Education Report: A MOTION was made by Mr. Kokoliadis to ratify reviewers’ decisions for Education applications. The Motion was seconded by Ms. Wolfe and unanimously adopted by a roll call vote: : Giannelli – “Yes;” Kokoliadis - “Yes”; McLaughlin - “Yes”; Jenkins – “Yes”; Dicks – “Yes”; Wolfe – “Yes; Yorkis – “Yes.”

The Motion was seconded by Ms. Wolfe and unanimously adopted by the Board by a roll call vote: : Giannelli – “Yes;” Kokoliadis - “Yes”; McLaughlin - “Yes”; Jenkins – “Yes”; Dicks – “Yes”; Wolfe – “Yes; Yorkis – “Yes.”

The following actions were taken by the Board:

  2. Discussion of complaints prior to the issuance of an order to show cause:
    1. 2025-000305-IT-ENF: Dismissed with Advisory
    2. 2025-000879-IT-ENF: Dismissed
