   4. Confirmation that Executive Order 597 is being enforced with respect to Russia.  Review for other possible troublesome investments.
   5. Report from CFO on Christmas Gift for Residents from Trustee.  $50 was approved by Trustees on November 4, 2021 for a gift and/or meal.  Please confirm if this was distributed.

   1. Review of UBS Fund Performance and Westfield Bank Checking Account balances
      1. Confirmation of new signature authorities for accounts
   2. Review of FY22 Trustee Fund Spending Plan/Budget
   3. A review of any new requests for expenditures from Trustee Fund
      1. Date & Funding for Trustee Picnic
      2. Invitation to Recreation Director to address new entertainment opportunities for residents.
      3. Review of Cable Television or Video Streaming (i.e. Roku) needs in rooms for residents.
      4. Report back on IN2L bill for 2021 from CFO
   4. Tower Revenue opportunities for current building and new building.  Ensuring these opportunities are incorporated in the building design
