Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, all Bureau members and staff appeared in the videoconference. Public access was provided via videoconference or telephone connection. The Chair informed all attendees that the Bureau meeting was being recorded via Microsoft Teams and that by remaining in the meeting they are consenting to being recorded. The Chair informed all attendees of the following meeting protocols to comply with the Open Meeting Laws:

MOTION by Justin Fishlin and SECOND by Dennis Allen to approve the Minutes of the Open Meeting for May20, 2026.

This will be Board Counsel Nirit Eriksson’s last board meeting as she is moving on from the agency.

• Bureau Applications for Examination to review

  Approved
  Mr. Fisette was present for today’s meeting. After a brief discussion with the applicant, MOTION by Justin Fishlin and SECOND by Mark Fortune to approve Mr. Fisette to renew his SA one more time.

A roll call vote was conducted, and the motion was approved as follows:

Jurisdictional Report by the Office of Public Safety and inspection

• David Vandal presented the report which covered Fines Issued for May 2026

Open Session for Topics Not Reasonably Anticipated by Chair 48 Hours in Advance of Meeting.

• There was a brief question and response involving Mr. Fisette.

• A MOTION was made by Brian Kelly to adjourn the meeting, SECOND by Dan Dumont. The meeting was adjourned at around 10:23 a.m.
