Content Lab

Thursday, January 8, from 2 pm to 3 pm. Note: To register you will need a free, basic Zoom account. Link follows in the description.

Overview

Once a month, we open the "Lab" for members of the community to share questions, problems, or tips about content strategy with the group. There is a lot of expertise across the Content Lab community. This is an opportunity for knowledge sharing, connecting across organizations, and learning from each other.

What can you bring to the lab?  We’re open as long as it’s about content strategy. Some recent examples we’ve come across:

  • “How do people deal with ROT (redundant, outdated, trivial) content that’s shared with another org?”
  • “I’d like to hear more from people converting documents to webpages.”
  • “I’m interested in strategies for presenting data.”
  • "A vendor mocked up a page that we can’t replicate in the CMS. How might I respond?”

Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
