What is Content Lab?

Content Lab is a learning community that meets on a regular basis to share best practices for content strategy and management. We host sessions and workshops where you can learn about:

  • Writing in plain language
  • Developing accessible content
  • Reaching your target audiences
  • Using data and feedback to improve content and the constituent experience
  • Developing systems for keeping content current and organized

Format

Content Lab meets twice a month online. In general, the first session is instructional and the follow up session is a workshop where participants apply the methods they learned at the first session to their own content.
