Secretary’s Report- Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 28^th 2017

Treasurer’s Report- Approval of Financial Report – Darryl Williams

Coordinator’s Updates:

• Had meeting with the NH Dairy Promotion Board Coordinator regarding the Ice Cream Trail
• Received approval for QP from USDA AMS for the MA Dairy Promo Board- will be working on submitting the report for 2017 (due in April)
• Hand out printed Manomet studies
• Northeast Dairy Products Summit on February 12^th in Norwich, VT

New Business:

-Election of new Secretary

-Final review of FY 19 RFR draft

-FY 18 Grant Recipients Mid-Year Update Presentations:

• NEDPB Zip Trips- 10:35
• Eastern States Exposition - 10:55
• MAF2S - 11:15
• Topsfield Fair - 11:35
• No presentations between - 12:00- 12:30
• MA Cheese Guild 12:35- 12:55
• CISA – 1:00- 1:20
• MADF and Forgotten Farms/Williams College are not presenting
