DTC Consumer Division Helping Older Adults Get Connected at the Worcester Senior Center

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an information table at the Worcester Senior Center  to share various consumer education materials with event attendees, including information about available consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program for discounted communications services, low-cost internet programs, technology transitions, and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages. Staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable matters.
