DTC joins Worcester Consumer Rights Program’s 10th Anniversary Celebration

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an informational table at the Worcester Consumer Rights Program’s 10th Anniversary Celebration. DTC staff will share educational resources on consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program and other affordable communications options, technology transitions, and practical tips for reducing unwanted robocalls and spam text messages. Staff will also be available to answer questions, discuss consumer concerns, and help attendees better understand their rights and available resources.
