DTC participates in Fall River Public Library’s Community Resource Day

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an information table at the Fall River Public Library’s Community Resource Day. DTC staff will provide attendees with consumer education materials on a range of telecommunications and cable topics, including consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program for discounted communications services, low-cost internet options, technology transitions, and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages. Staff will also be available to answer questions and provide information about telecommunications and cable-related matters.
