Overview

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable's (DTC) Consumer Division will participate in the Greater Boston Stand Down 2026, an annual event connecting Veterans with essential services, resources, and employment opportunities.

DTC staff will host an information table with consumer education materials on telephone and cable consumer protections, the Lifeline Program, low-cost internet programs, technology transitions, and reducing robocalls and spam text messages. Staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable matters.
