DTC participates in the Bristol County Celebration of Seniors

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an informational table at the Bristol County Celebration of Seniors, where staff will provide a variety of consumer education materials and resources. Topics will include consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program for discounted communications services, low-cost internet options, technology transitions, and strategies for reducing robocalls and spam text messages. DTC staff will also be available to answer questions and provide information on telecommunications and cable-related matters.
