DTC participates in the City of Worcester's Out to Lunch Festival and Farmers' Market

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an information table at the Worcester Out to Lunch Series to provide attendees with a variety of consumer education materials. Resources will include information on consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program for discounted communications services, low-cost internet programs, technology transitions, and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages. Consumer Division staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable-related matters.
