Learn more about the Early Childhood Support Organization (ECSO) Initiative—a unique opportunity for center-based early childhood programs who are committed to continuous quality improvement and professional growth*. This 3-year, intensive professional development opportunity supports leaders and educators in strengthening practice through coaching, collaboration, and targeted, job-embedded learning. In partnership with a coach, you’ll build systems for continuous improvement, use data to guide decisions, and enhance outcomes for children.
What to expect during the 3-year ECSO partnership:
- 1:1 leadership and educator coaching
- Support implementing high-quality curriculum, with specific support for the Focus and Learning Through Exploration curricula
- Communities of practice & professional learning
- Customized job embedded training tailored to your program
- Ongoing support to plan and refine continuous quality improvement goals
