Overview of Hike to Tahanto Point (Gate 35) 9/28/2024

Meet at Wachusett Reservoir Gate 35, intersection of Route 110 and Chace Hill Rd, Sterling. About 4 miles round trip.
This 4-mile moderate round trip with hills will loop at Tahanto Point.
Dress for the weather, be prepared for windy conditions near the water. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water.
Dogs are not allowed on water supply protection lands.
Hikes will be a slow pace and last about two hours. In the case of inclement weather, hike may be cancelled or modified. To check on hike status please call 617-352-4044 or email Kathryn.Parent@mass.gov.
