Public Meeting Notice  Hopkinton - I-495/I-90 interchange improvements project PIM - 9/27/23

A Public Informational Meeting will be held by MassDOT to discuss the design of I-90, Ramp NW (I-495 Northbound to I-90 Westbound), Ramps NE/EN (the ramps connecting I-495 Northbound to and from I-90 Eastbound), and Ramps SW/WS (the ramps connecting I-495 Southbound to I-90 Westbound).

Purpose:

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is advancing the I-495/I-90 Interchange Improvements Project and has scheduled a Virtual Public Information Meeting on the design of I-90, Ramp NW (I-495 Northbound to I-90 Westbound), Ramps NE/EN (the ramp from I-495 northbound to I-90 eastbound and vice versa), and Ramps SW/WS (the ramp from I-495 southbound to I-90 westbound and vice versa) on September 27 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will begin with a presentation by the project team. Attendees can view plans for I-90, Ramp WN, Ramps NE/EN, and Ramps SW/WS, and ask questions.

Proposal:

The purpose of the I-495/I-90 Interchange Improvements project is to provide a safe and efficient interchange of the interstate highways I-495 and I-90 while also alleviating traffic congestion. This interchange carries hundreds of thousands of vehicles per day between two of Massachusetts's most significant roadways. To find out more, join us or visit the project website.
