Public Meeting Notice Improved Soldiers Field Road Crossings at Telford Street and Everett Street in Allston
Overview of Improved Soldiers Field Road Crossings at Telford Street and Everett Street in Allston
At this public meeting, DCR will provide an overview of a project to provide improved pedestrian and bicycle access between the Charles River Reservation and adjacent residential neighborhoods at crossings on Soldiers Field Road at Telford Street and Everett Street in Allston. As a first step in a robust public process, DCR, along with our project team, will present results of the Soldiers Field Road Study and present and receive public input on existing conditions and on preliminary design concepts for improved access at the two locations.
The presentation made will be viewable after the public meeting on DCR’s website at www.mass.gov/dcr/past-public-meetings. The public will be invited to submit comments after the meeting, with a deadline for receipt by DCR of July 24, 2018. Comments may be submitted online at www.mass.gov/dcr/public-comment or by writing to the Department of Conservation and Recreation, Office of Public Outreach, 251 Causeway Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
