Jargon: When to replace it, when to embrace it
Overview
Writing in plain language is key to producing accessible, meaningful content. But it's a myth that plain language means never using jargon. Sometimes you can replace jargon. Other times, you must embrace these terms because constituents need to know them to accomplish their goals.
In this session, we will explore both situations and practice with real content.
