Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice
What is the Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice?
The Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice brings together professional experience researchers and others who conduct research to learn together, share their work, and connect with state employees focused on constituent-centered research. The community helps you:
- Learn what experience research is happening across state government
- Learn different ways to share and explain research findings
- Use a people-centered approach when planning and running research
- Get advice and support for doing research at the state
The community meets monthly. Meetings are interactive and encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration. People who attend should come ready to participate.
Who can join?
We welcome state employees and partners who want to or need to understand the experiences that they are providing to people.
Attendees might include experience researchers, content strategists, experience designers, service design, product managers, program managers, and experience owners.
