Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice

A community of practice (CoP) for state employees working on products and services for Massachusetts to develop their experience research skills.

What is the Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice?

The Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice brings together professional experience researchers and others who conduct research to learn together, share their work, and connect with state employees focused on constituent-centered research. The community helps you:

  • Discover research happening across state government
  • Share research findings, methods, and lessons learned from researchers at all experience levels
  • Build stronger people-centered research practices
  • Get valuable advice and support from researchers across state agencies

The community meets monthly. Meetings are interactive and encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration. People who attend should come ready to participate.

Who can join?

We welcome state employees and partners who want to or need to understand the experiences that they are providing to people.

Attendees might include experience researchers, content strategists, experience designers, service designers, product managers, program managers, and experience owners.
