We support content strategy, experience research, and design communities of practice (CoPs) for state employees and others who want to improve constituent experiences.
Communities of practice are groups with shared interests who meet to share knowledge, experiences, and challenges. Mass Digital supports these groups for state employees who create or manage content, conduct research, or manage social media.
Communities of Practice (CoPs) are groups of people with similar interests who meet to share what they know, talk about challenges, and learn from each other. We currently support CoPs for state employees and others who create or manage content, do experience research, or design digital experiences. We have more than 250 participants across the 3 communities and plan to add more CoPs for other shared interests in the future.
Our goal in our communities of practice is to create respectful and supportive learning spaces. Accessibility and inclusion are central to everything we do.
These terms of participation help us keep our communities welcoming and productive. If the guidelines are not followed, participants may be removed from the community.
