Overview   of Massachusetts Board of Agriculture Meeting - 09/20/2018

Members of the public please present yourself to Gate #1 and tell the ticket person you are attending the Board of Agriculture meeting in the Massachusetts Building.  a representative from the Department will arrive to escort you to the meeting.  In addition, the day of the Board meeting you can call the Massachusetts Building for assistance at #413-205-5151.

MEETING AGENDA

  1. Start:  Call to Order.   (10:30am)
  2. Attendance.  (10:30–10:35am)
  3.  Minutes Summary: The Board will consider for approval the meeting minutes of 6/12/18 and 8/8/18. (10:35-10:45am)

New Business: 

  1. Commissioner’s Candidate for Assistant Commissioner:  The Board will consider the Commissioner’s Candidate for Assistant Commissioner; vote required. (10:45-11:15am)

Old Business:

  1. Open Meeting Law Training (11:15-11:45am)
  2. APR Legislation and Audit (11:45-12:45pm)
  3. Date, Time and Location of Next Meeting:  Wednesday, November 14th, 2018; location TBD          (12pm -12:05pm)
