Public Meeting Notice  MassDOT DBE Stakeholder meeting - July 14, 2022

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has established its overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for its federally-assisted contracting activities funded through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The proposed DBE overall goal for the 3-year period will become effective on October 1, 2022.

As a stakeholder, you are cordially invited to an informational meeting on the DBE goal setting process and the proposed participation goal. You will also hear about upcoming Highway Division contract opportunities (professional services, construction, materials, and consulting). During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments.
