Overview of Missing Persons Task Force Meeting
The Missing Persons Task Force will be meeting on February 15, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108 in Room 2133, 21st Floor.

1. Welcome and Introductions
The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. A quorum was present.
2. Review/Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 27, 2017
A motion (SW) was made to approve the minutes pending edits. The motion was seconded (EC) and passed unanimously.
3. Recap of Task Force Work to Date and Draft Report Outline
Members of the Task Force reviewed the draft report outline from 2017. The task force received data on missing persons and the members wanted to analyze and understand the acronyms.
- Sarah Kiley and Spencer Lord were tasked with analyzing the data.
- Sarah was also tasked to look at Legislation, Policy and Regulation Review in other states.
- Chief Wojnar and Spencer Lord were going to look at Laws and Regulations pertaining to missing person cases.
- Erica Cushna was tasked to look at CRA Law and definition of missing persons.
4. Agendas for Future Meetings
- April 23, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
- June of 2019
- The task force was inquiring about future presentations. EOPSS will get in touch with Glenn Daly.
5. Timeline for Report Completion
- The report should be done soon.
6. Open Session for Topics not Reasonably Anticipated within 48 Hours of the Meeting

- A motion (EC) to adjourn was made, seconded by (SC) and approved unanimously.
