Morrissey Boulevard Public Workshop
Overview
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA), the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) and the City of Boston, Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) are undertaking a joint conceptual planning study to develop and analyze alternatives for the corridor that are intended to improve the public realm, mobility, connectivity, safety, and climate resiliency throughout the area for the City of Boston and other communities in the surrounding region.
As part of this process, an in-person public workshop will be held on March 20, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express Boston.
At this public workshop, the study team will present the proposed corridor layout for Morrissey Boulevard and garner input on the study alternatives. Feedback received will be incorporated into the draft Morrissey Boulevard Corridor Study report.
This meeting is accessible to people with disabilities. MassDOT provides reasonable accommodations and/or language assistance free of charge upon request (e.g., interpreters in American Sign Language and languages other than English, live captioning, videos, assistive listening devices and alternate material formats), as available.
