Per Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, s.20signed and dated March 12, 2020, a meeting of the Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council (Western Massachusetts Technical Rescue Team - Region 4) will be conducted on August 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., and open to the public at the Agawam Fire Department, 800 Main Street, Agawam, MA  01001.

Region 4 of the Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council (Western Massachusetts
Technical Rescue Team) will be holding an open meeting on August 17 at 2PM. The meeting will
be held at the Agawam Fire department, 800 Main Street Agawam, MA 01001.

● Open with meeting directions
● Attendance
● Vote a chairperson
● Establish record keeping
● Review Steering committee roles and responsibilities
● Review correspondence from MTRCC
● Update on current projects or concerns from the team
● Any business unforeseen by chairperson
● Establish next meeting date and time
