The Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council oversees technical rescue teams across the state.

The Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council oversees procedure and policy for technical rescue in Massachusetts. The board consists of the Secretary of Public Safety and Security, the State Fire Marshal, two representatives of the Fire Chiefs' Association of Massachusetts, two representatives of the Professional Fire Fighters Association of Massachusetts, and one member of a regional technical rescue team. Contact the Board at (978) 567-3174.
