Notice of Proposed Amendment of Regulations

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Children and Families (“DCF”) proposes to amend its Records regulations at 110 CMR 12.00 under the authority of M.G.L. c. 18B, § 7(i); and M.G.L. c. 119, § 37.  

The regulations at 110 CMR 12.00, et seq govern the release of information and documents from the DCF client records.  The changes are being made due to changes in the state and federal law and agency practice.
