Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A § 2 and M.G.L. c. 19A § 6, a public hearing will be held on July 7, 2022 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and will be conducted remotely (see meeting information below).
Assisted Living Ombudsman 651 CMR 13.00
Section 7 of Chapter 227 of the Acts of 2020 transferred the Assisted Living Ombudsman Program (ALOP) from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) to the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS). As new regulations governing ALOP operations will be issued by EOHHS under M.G.L. c. 6A, § 16CC, EOEA intends to rescind 651 CRM 13.00.
