Public Hearing Notice  Notice of Public Hearing – Revised Proposed Regulations, 108 CMR 2.00 through 9.00

Please be advised that, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 2, notice is hereby given that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Veterans' Services ("EOVS") will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the proposed revisions to 108 CMR 2.00 through 9.00.

The proposed amendments comprehensively revise the regulations governing the administration of Chapter 115 veterans' benefits. The revisions are intended to modernize and clarify the regulations, improve administrative efficiency, incorporate statutory changes, provide greater guidance regarding eligibility and financial determinations, update the appeals process, and ensure consistency throughout the regulatory framework governing the administration of benefits under M.G.L. c. 115.

EOVS will hold this public hearing remotely on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. through 2:00 P.M. via Microsoft Teams
