This free webinar will provide practical, easy-to-follow strategies to help families be ready if a parent or caregiver should become hospitalized and someone else needs to care for their loved one in this time of COVID-19.

Carrie Noseworthy, founder of “A Safer Me” and Cheryl Ryan Chan, person-centered planner are local community leaders and topic experts, both parents of children with disabilities who have lived experience.
