Overview of Public Hearing on proposed amendment of 302 CMR 11.00 and 302 CMR12.00
These regulations were the subject of hearings and a comment period in 2016. DCR seeks additional public input based on policy considerations raised by comments made in 2016, specifically related to the use of electric bicycles on DCR property. Additional amendments seek to clarify procedures relative to the issuance and appeal of citations for violations of DCR regulations.
Two public hearings will be conducted to receive public comment, both oral and written, on the proposed amendment of 302 CMR 11.00 and 302 CMR12.00.
