Request for Bids-Four Wheel Drive Hi-Rail Equipped Telescopic Excavator

This is a Request for Information (RFI), is being issued by The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), Rail Division to potential vendors, manufacturers, and or builders for a new four-wheel drive, rail gear-equipped telescopic excavator. The excavator will need to be built as specified in the RFI document. MassDOT reserves the right to remove any options or accessories as needed MassDOT Rail Division intends to post an additional procurement for the four-wheel drive, rail gear equipped telescopic excavator upon gathering all the information from the industry.
