MassDOT will hold the second Public Information Meeting for the Route 146 Corridor Vision Study. The meeting will be held on Thursday March 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Millbury Senior Center, 1 River Street, Millbury, MA 01527.

At this meeting, the study team will introduce alternatives for Route 146 to address safety challenges and mitigate traffic congestion, as well as solicit feedback from the public to help inform the final recommendations of the study. The meeting will be an open house format, where attendees can filter in and out and visit interactive stations to learn about the alternatives.

The Route 146 Corridor Vision Study will evaluate the State Highway Route 146 corridor between State Route 122A in Millbury and the Rhode Island State Line in Millville. The purpose of the Route 146 Corridor Vision Study is to evaluate different ways to approach expected congestion and safety-related challenges through capital and operational investments. The Study will utilize land use and transportation data to identify when proposed or planned development would require various capital improvements, and to examine and analyze potential transportation alternatives.

These meetings are accessible to people with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency. Accessibility accommodations and language services will be provided free of charge, upon request, as available. Such services include documents in alternate formats, translated materials, assistive listening devices, and interpreters (including American Sign Language).
