COVID Test:  Trustees and Superintendent Selection Committee Members  who will attend “In person” the March 18th meeting, you will need to report to the Holyoke Soldiers Home “Out Patient Department Entrance” on Wednesday May 17, 2021 between 060-0900 to have a rapid and PCR COVID Test taken to gain entry into the facility for the March 18th Meeting/Interview.”

Public Comment:  No Public Comment at this Special Meeting.  Board will immediately go into Executive Session to conduct Round 2 of Superintendent Interviews.

 

The Board will not return to Open Session and will adjourn at the conclusion of the interviews scheduled for March 18, 2021.

    1. Call to Order/Roll Call of Trustees
    2. Pledge of Allegiance
    3. Enter Executive Session to begin Superintendent Interview process
  2.  Executive Session
    1. 1.  Pursuant to MGL c 30A, S21 (a) (8)…...to consider applicants….and interview perspective candidates for the position of Superintendent of the Holyoke Soldiers Home.
  3. Adjourn – The Open Session will not reconvene at the conclusion of the Special Meeting’s Executive Session.
