Special Meeting of Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke Board of Trustees

COVID Test:  Trustees and Superintendent Selection Committee Members  who will attend “In person” the March 30th  meeting, you will need to report to the Holyoke Soldiers Home “Out Patient Department Entrance” on Monday March 29tht  2021 between 0630-0900 to have a rapid and PCR COVID Test taken to gain entry into the facility for the March 30th Final Interview process, and the Thursday April 1st Final Board of Trustees Vote on the selection of a Superintendent candidate.

Public Comment:  No Public Comment at this Special Meeting.  This Special Meeting will be open to the public.  The purpose of this Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees is to conduct final interviews for the position of Superintendent. After the Pledge of Allegiance, the Board will conduct interviews during open session.

    1. Call to Order/Roll Call of Trustees
    2. Pledge of Allegiance
    3. Interviews of the two finalist for Superintendent

 

  1. Adjourn – The Board will reconvene at a Special Meeting on April 1, 2021 to discuss and conduct a final vote of the Board of Trustees to select and nominate a candidate for superintendent of the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home.
