Agenda

The Attorney General has granted the SRC an extension to gather the quorum needed to vote on the response to the Open Meeting Law Complaint (Thank you Sahara for making this request for the SRC).  We have included the vote on the response. Budget and recommendations on our Executive Committee Agenda for August 4th from 1-3pm.  Before we take up regular business at the Executive Committee meeting next Thursday, we will take three roll call votes:

  1. Open Meeting Law Complaint Motion:

I move that we accept the Chair Canada’s response to the Open Meeting Law Complaint and send it to Ms. Tosti and a copy to the Attorney General’s Office.

  1. FY2023 SRC Recommendation Motion:

I move that we accept the slate of FY2023 SRC Recommendations and send them to MRC for a response.

  1. SRC Budget Motion:

I move that we adopt the “Proposed Statewide Rehabilitation Council Annual Budget 7/1/22-6/30/23” and upon adoption, submit it to the Rehabilitation Services Administration for prior approval.

We urge the SRC voting members to please join us for 15 minutes from 1:10 -1:25pm. You do not need to stay for the entire meeting, but we need to have 11 voting members in the meeting at the same time before we declare quorum has been met and then be able to vote.  PLEASE, PLEASE make coming to this meeting a priority in your schedules. The AGO will not grant us another extension should we miss the August 26, 2022 deadline.  Their next action will be to impose a fine up to $1000.

Full Agenda Below are the Executive Committee agenda and materials for August 4th  which includes the materials relevant to the votes.
