Meet at Mass Central Rail Trail - Sterling Spur, 25 Gates Road, Sterling. About 3 miles round trip.

Enjoy this guided sensory walk to celebrate summer, pause for activities designed to fine-tune senses and connect to nature.

This section of trail is 3/4 mile round trip. Benches are placed along the way for resting areas. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Program is free and open to all ages and abilities. Please email Kathryn.Parent@mass.gov or call 617-352-4044 with any questions.

Dogs are not allowed on water supply protection lands.

Hike will be a slow pace and last about 1.5 hours. In the case of inclement weather, hike may be cancelled or modified. To check on hike status please call 617-352-4044 or email Kathryn.Parent@mass.gov.
