Conflict of interest or financial disclosure law complaints may be filed online, by mail, by phone, or in person
If you believe that a state, county, or municipal employee, or a private individual or business interacting with a public employee, in Massachusetts has violated the conflict of interest or financial disclosure law, you can file a complaint with the State Ethics Commission.
All complaint materials are required by law to be kept confidential, including the name of the complainant. The identity of a complainant is confidential and may not be disclosed by the Commission or Commission staff, even if public adjudicatory proceedings are authorized.
