106 Hale Street, Bridgewater - Redevelopment RFP Registration Form

On September 12, 2025, the Commonwealth released a Request for Proposals (RFP) to redevelop a ±1.59-acre parcel at 106 Hale Street, Bridgewater for new housing under the Affordable Homes Act.

Interested parties are encouraged, but not required, to register. DCAMM will post any updates related to the RFP on the State Land for Homes Initiative webpage.

It is the sole responsibility of each interested party to check the State Land for Homes Initiative webpage periodically for updates.
