Housing Choice Community (HCC) Designation Application

The Housing Choice Community Designation application opens every new calendar year. The Designation recognizes municipalities that are building a certain level of new housing and have adopted best practices to encourage housing production.

Communities Applying for First-time Designation or Re-Designation

All communities applying for first-time designation or to renew an existing or previous designation should complete the entire application, including:

Building permits issued in the past 5 years

Select the HCC eligibility criteria your community meets

Select all best practices your community currently meets
