HLC's Division of Livable Communities connects local leaders to funding and technical assistance to build vibrant, inclusive cities and towns, and supports residents with lower incomes through federal and state programs. We implement state laws, create new policies, and support zoning reform and planning efforts across Massachusetts. Our partners include Community Action Agencies, Community Development Corporations and municipalities.
