If you are a court employee with a .jud, .appct or .sjc email address, please fill out the form below. You will receive an email with your temporary card number in a short time. This number will allow you to use all of the remote-access databases we have available. Your permanent card, which you will receive in the mail, will allow you to borrow books and other materials from any of our 15 locations.
This form is for court employees only. If you are not a court employee, you must visit a library in person to receive a card.
