PERAC posts public notices on our website on behalf of Massachusetts public retirement systems. All public notices for Request for Proposals and board member positions must first be reviewed by the Compliance Unit to ensure they meet PERAC's posting criteria.
Types of notices we accept:
- Requests for Proposals (RFPs) - notices only, not the full RFP
- Retirement board seats - elections and 5th member appointments
- Retirement board jobs
What we need from you:
- Complete this form and upload your document for review
- Include a response deadline so we know when to remove your notice
- You will be contacted if your notice needs further modification
- If no changes are needed, your notice will be posted within three business days
Note: we are unable to post scanned pdf documents. Please submit files in their original format.
