Report Suspected Child Care Fraud or Misconduct

If you believe that funds administered by EEC are being misused, improperly obtained, or otherwise used in a way that may violate program requirements, report it using the methods below.

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is committed to ensuring the integrity of its programs and services and takes suspected fraud, waste, and abuse seriously. If you suspect fraud, waste, abuse, misrepresentation, or noncompliance involving EEC funded programs, Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) families, providers, employees, contractors, or other individuals, please report your concerns.
