Please be advised that the Division has changed its annual reporting process for the Schedule Q Submission form for Electronic Branches in operation as of December 31, 2022.
The new process will require filers to adhere to the online form below. The annual report for the calendar year ending on December 31, 2022, is required to be submitted to the Commissioner of Banks on or before January 31, 2023.
Submissions which are initiated but not completed will NOT be accepted. Submissions that are not completed online will NOT be accepted.
