Set up Azure AD MFA

Commonwealth employees must complete a one-time setup on their mobile device to sign up for MFA. Users who do not sign up for MFA will not have access to employee-facing services and applications, including Outlook.

You do not have to do anything ahead of time to register for MFA as you will be notified via email which will contain links to the setup process. However, if you would like to set up your profile prior to activation you can do so by selecting the link below and entering your active directory credentials (email address and password for mass.gov)
