What you need   for Application for Gaming Commissioner

We are currently accepting applications for an appointment to be made by Governor Maura T. Healey. The position requires experience in legal and policy issues related to gaming. See G.L. c. 23K, § 3(a).

Please note: 1.) The statute prohibits more than three members of the Commission be of the same political party. G.L. c. 23K, § 3. 2.) For the purposes of the appointment, any enrollment must have been maintained continuously during the preceding two years. See G.L. c. 4, § 12.

Please note that candidates progressing to a second round interview will be required to complete and submit a supplemental application (Part II), which shall be provided separately.
