FY25 Inland Dredging Pilot Round is now open!
EOED is piloting an inland dredging grant round open to all 351 municipalities in Massachusetts. This round offers final design and construction grants for the dredging of freshwater lakes, ponds, rivers, streams, and drinking water reservoirs, as well as dredging required for the removal of municipal dams. For complete information, please see the RFP on COMMBUYS.
Please note that grants awarded through the Inland Dredging Pilot Round are available only for freshwater dredging. Saltwater dredging applications will be accepted in the FY25 general grant round, which is anticipated to open in late winter or early spring of calendar year 2024. How to apply Apply for a Massachusetts Dredging Grant
Applications to the FY25 Inland Dredging Pilot Round must be submitted through EOED’s online Submittable platform. Municipalities can preview the application in Microsoft Word format on COMMBUYS. This file is provided as a reference resource only. No submission of this MS Word file will be accepted as an application to the MA Dredging Program.
