What you need   for Apply for a Permit to Transport Fireworks

Pyrotechnic companies must have a permit to transport fireworks to locations within Massachusetts. If you are a Massachusetts company or are delivering product to more than one location inside Massachusetts you must have this permit. If you are traveling through the state, or from out of state to a single MA location, this permit is not required.

Interstate transport of fireworks or pyrotechnic materials must meet the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. 

Permits are valid for one year.

Companies must have a valid pyrotechnic user's certificate to apply for a permit to transport fireworks.
