How to apply
- Download the Dealer Permit Application Packet and complete the Dealer Permit Application.
- You must schedule an inspection as part of the application process for the following permit types:
- Retail Seafood Truck Dealer Permit (municipal Board of Health)
- Retail Farmer's Market Permit (municipal Board of Health)
- Retail Seafood Dealer Permit, Wholesale Seafood Dealer Permit, and Wholesale Seafood Truck Dealer Permit
- To request an inspection go to the Environmental Health eLicensing Portal and create an account, or log into your existing account. If this is your first time using this new portal, please visit BCEH eLicensing System User Guide. For questions related to license status, how to use the eLicensing system, or any other licensing questions, please contact the Division of Food Protection (DFP) using the eLicensing Support Request Form or call the BCEH eLicensing HelpDesk at (833) 281-6111
- Complete the Primary Buyer & Quota Managed Species Application Form.
- Mail your completed application to the Division of Marine Fisheries. All applications must include:
- Completed dealer application
- Completed Primary Buyer & Quota Managed Species form
- Copy of the health inspection report
- Check or money order made payable to Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
